| While
visiting the ruins of Ancient Korinth, take a lunch break or have an enjoyable
dinner at Niko's. The restaurant, located near one of the ruins'exits, was established
in 1979 and has become one of the best known tavernas in the area.
The traditional
Greek food served here is home cooked, delicious and moderately priced with warm
and friendly service as an added bonus. And...don't forget to ask for a glass
of Niko's fresh squeezed orange juice which comes from the oranges growing in
his own orchard. It is truly the best you will find anywhere.
The restaurant's decor is
an eclectic array of antiques which will give you much to look at while waiting
for your tasty meal. Niko
speaks many languages and can help you with information about the area, including
where to find a room if you decide to stay in Ancient Korinth or one of the surrounding
villages. If you have a tour group, call ahead and he will have everything ready
when your group arrives for lunch. |
